Uncategorizabibble...

Sometimes I go into the Home Depot looking for something, and I just can't think which aisle they would put it in. And then there's sometimes that they stock stuff in weird places that I don't understand. They must have a team of engineers working on these things, otherwise it would all make sense. But really, sometimes there just isn't a category for what you're looking for, or for what you have to say...

Take this little link for instance:

Now maybe I would have chosen to place it in "PETS" as well, maybe not, but it struck me a bit funny.

good to know, kevin. i sometimes walk through lowe's looking for something and feel dumb like i should know where they keep this stuff. then i spend about 10 minutes wandering around and debating about whether or not i should just ask, knowing full well that as soon as i do, i'll be standing right in front of whatever it was i was looking for. so, i'm just glad to know that a handy man such as "yerself" has a similar issue. word verification: tortler

Well, Mrs. Smith, did you know that Lowe's stores are set up to appeal more to the fairer sex? Notice the location of stuff next time you go there: 5000 ceiling fans and lights right up front, and the plumbing aisle almost impossible to find...

So I don't know that you're all the way off the hook. At least I have the excuse that I'm outside their primary marketed demographic.

and since i am the primary fix-it person in our house (scary!) i'm not sure i'm in the right demographic either. looking for parts for our septic system was a nightmare!
