What do you think happens between our mouths and the ground that makes spit suddenly so disgusting? Seriously, our mouths are full of it our entire lives, but when we spit, it grosses us out.
Is it because it's cold?

Good question, when two people kiss, they swap spit, what's the big deal?
In the mouth it's saliva, out of the mouth it's spit... once it crosses the threshold of the lips it's no longer it its natural habitat and can become unpredictable and dangerous - can even be used as a weapon and end up in your eye!
Fingernails, that's another one... touch me, tickle me, scratch me and I don't mind - but once those protectors of the tips are clipped, I throw up a little in my mouth...
haha...so do I with the fingernail thing Jerry. Kevin likes to torture me with his clippings.
